Brand new Galaxy S20 FE. Trying to put custom ringtones on my contacts. Every help video say hit edit, then more and scroll down to ringtones on contact page. I don't have "ringtones", all I have is "vibration pattern". Am I missing something?? I can change ringtone of phone but NFI how to give ringtones to contacts. Thanks

Acheron11, we want to ensure you can set your ringtone as anticipated. You'll find the steps to do so here: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-234150/. Vibrate pattern is the 6th option down on the "Sounds and Vibration" settings menu. Ringtone is actually the 2nd option in that menu and is located 4 options above the Vibrate pattern.

This does not fix the problem of not being able to access the "ringtone" option when you select:
contact>edit>View more>.
NO ringtone option shows for individual contacts! How can I enable ringtone?

Thank you for your patience. We have some steps that can help you with your ringtones issue, check them out here:
- Step 1/9. From the Contacts app main screen, select the contact you'd like to assign a ringtone to.
- Step 2/9. Tap Edit.
- Step 3/9. Tap View more.
- Step 4/9. Scroll to Ringtone.
- Step 5/9. Tap Ringtone.
- Step 6/9. Select your desired ringtone.
- Step 7/9. Tap the Back icon.
- Step 8/9. Tap Save.
