After several months dealing with the very well known intermittent Samsung Galaxy Sim bug. After 4 SIMs, I went to get an ESIM, during that trip I watched an employee tell an old man he would have to BUY a replacement S23 Ultra to fix the intermittent connection issue despite it being a known Galaxy defect.
After some arguing on the phone, I was finally sent a replacement phone and offered a 250 credit on December 10th.
A few days later I called back and was told the credit was issued and takes about 5 days to show up.
After FOUR follow up chats, screenshots disabled in the app of course, they tell me it was rejected and tried to get me to agree to $50, $80, or $100 credits.... When I did not they just disconnected the chat.
Go with ANYONE ELSE, as Verizon doesn't honor their agreements or support products with KNOWN issues.
