Hello Mrbgt23, being on top of your Samsung Galaxy S20 is vital, especially if you are having text issues. Verizon is here to help.

When did the issue start? What recent changes have you made? What type of texts are being sent (text content)? To whom are the messages being sent to? Aside from the texts, any other issues?

The texts usually go to the last person I texted but could be old texts to other people. The problem started after I bought this phone new

Thanks for sharing those details with us, and I am glad that those replies seem to be working as expected. That is indeed strange that this issue has been ongoing since you purchased the device. What messaging application are you using? What happens if you try a different messaging application (like Google Messages vs. Message+ or vice versa)?
