I have been receiving texts. . . Non stop all day and night. Most just say "stop". My phone # is coming up as the originator of the text. How do I get it to stop? I have blocked over 50 #s and reported it to 7726.
We definitely want to make sure that you are able to avoid unwanted text messages. What make and model of device are you using? You may have a Do Not Disturb option to filter out messages from unknown senders.

This response does not resolve the problem. Verizon customer’s cell phone numbers are being used by a third party. The third party is pretending to be the owner/Verizon customer with the number.
