How do I shut off 5G on a Samsung S23

We do not have 5G in our area.  We need to shut off 5G and go to 4G LTE in order to have 2 way conversations on our cell phones.  I cannot find this setting anywhere on the S23.  It was supposed to be under Mobile Networks but it is not showing. How do I do this?

Unfortunately, both Verizon and Samsung disabled the means to manually select the band.  Your phone should be automatically selecting the band to use though, so if 5G isn't available, it should just always be in 4G LTE mode?

There used to be a setting on Samsung phones to toggle "VoLTE" on, as Verizon uses their 4G LTE network for phone calls.  But this went away after a recent software update and after some digging around on the internet, apparently VoLTE is always on now if you have Android version 14 or higher.
