Ever since my Samsung s23 received the new update at the beginning of August, My NFL App will not work.
For an example, I just get black screens when trying to stream any video, not only from the app but from nfl.com as well. This is when I stream any video, not just games. So like top 100 videos, highlights, etc.
Once I exit the app and go back into it. I get an oops connection interrupted, signal fumbled or something went wrong message and it won't refresh no matter what I do.
Once you uninstall and reinstall the app. The app will load, you sign in again but still not able to stream any video content. Just black screens, then exit the app and same Oops message when I go back. Every single time. I've Un-installed and reinstalled 15 to 20 times. I've cleared cache. Tried from different browsers. Even tried from a different Samsung phone and still the same problem.
I have escalated this issues multiple times to NFL Support and get no where. I firmly believe there is a software error at this point with Samsung and the NFL App.
I am a premium NFL + subscriber, so this is extremely frustrating to say the least.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

We are terribly sorry to see you are having NFL app issues. Our goal is to ensure we get it up and running like a brand new engine.
Let's gather more info. When did the problem start? What recent changes have you made? Who else is experiencing this issues? Aside from this dilemma, any other issues?

I have the same exact problem. It only works if I uninstall the app and reinstall it but when it's closed it will never open back up and will not refresh.

May have stumbled upon a fix. Uninstall/ reinstall, don't sign in, allow notifications, skip picking a team. Seems to be working. GL
