Line isn't eligible for account manager access

I was trying to request account management access on a line where I am an account member. However, when I try to do it,  it says "your line isn't eligible for account manager access." Is there anything I or the account owner can do to try to fix this? Is there a reason my line wouldn't be eligible?

Thank you for reaching out to us on this platform. The Account Owner can authorize up to 3 Account Managers (authorized users). It is possible that the Account Owner set up notifications to authorize account access. We recommend you to contact the Account Owner to request the access to manage your line.
