Other than a factory reset is there anything I can do to unlock my phone?

Do you mean you can't get past the screen lock because you entered the passcode incorrectly too many times? I think you can still hook up a USB cord between the phone and PC and be able to move data to the PC.

ColettaE1969, I'd not want you to lose anything. The main question is, what kind of 'lock' are you talking about? Is the phone screen lock on? Or is the device locked and unable to be used with another cell phone service? A few more details would be helpful, so we can support and get you the right answers.
