MMS messages have error "failed" to send. Some messages actually do go through to the receiver (multiple times) although still says failed on my end. Some messages just don't send. Mobile data is on. Using default Samsung messaging app. Same issue when I switch to Google messaging. It's been over a month and I'm becoming frustrated with this. I have reset network settings, cleared cache, cleared storage, cleared trash, optimized phone, etc. How can this issue be fixed?

Hi Maria,
The issue has been occurring for nearly 1 month. Yes, software is up to date, last update on December 19, 2023 at 5:60AM. ( One UI version 6.0, Android version 14).
The issue occurs when using mobile data, typically when sending with a text or photo messages to 2 or more people or simply any message with a photo/meme. My phone shows the message as loading then eventually failed, but often times the recipient has received the message 2 or 3 times.
Any help you can provide to resolve this issue us greatly appreciated!

My messages say failed to send to a few contacts like cvs and other businesses even though they are in my contacts I can receive but not send back reply

Hello, being on top of your service is vital, especially if you are managing your MMS messaging. We are here to help. We want to be on the same page to avoid getting lost in the story. Are you attempting to send picture messages to business numbers? If yes, what alert are you getting? Are they short codes of full numbers? If full numbers, are they 800 numbers? Can you send text messages to them?

No, I am not sending picture messages to businesses. Messages are sent to family and friends only. The picture or text message will show the spinning circle icon next to the message (sometimes for hours) and then I will eventually get a text message saying message failed to send or the failed with orange exclamation mark appears next to message that prompts me to resend or delete
