This is mainly our fault for trusting a Verizon store and not holding onto paperwork. We traded in a S7 and Note9 for 2 new phones and they never submitted the trade-in. Our specific location was 1095 S 7 Hwy Blue Springs, Mo 64014. Customer support with Verizon was great, it was the service dealer we have an issue with and also our own fault for keeping paperwork. Venting a bit and advising not to trust Verizon dealers and maintain paperwork.
