My Samsung S8 mobile data (5g) isn't working, and hasnt been working since at least 10am today. I'm not sure when this actually started though. The other people, on the same plan and in the same household, have their mobile data working just fine. I've restarted my phone, I've reset all of my network settings, I turned airplane mode off and on, I've driven to a different location, and can't seem to figure out whats wrong. I also cannot make phone calls unless I am connected to wireless, and receive the message:
"Your phone's not registered on a network, so you can only make emergency calls"
I desperately need to be able to access the internet as well as make phone calls while I'm away from home for work, and I'd greatly appreciate if we can troubleshoot and resolve this problem as soon as possible.
