Trying to open a mobile hotspot and getting error "To use Mobile Hotspot, you'll need to subscribe to the Mobile Hotspot service." Went through online troubleshooting, cycled phone off and still get error. The other two phones on our account connect fine (although one gave the same message briefly tonight).
I see several references to the same error, was a solution found?
Problem is on Samsung A50, other phone is a Samsung S21+. We have a second A50 that it works correctly on so it should not be a hardware issue.

Hello, WicketsMom. Help is here. Thank you so much for this info. May I ask, which plan do you currently have with us? We can check to see what the features are.

I started getting the same error message earlier this evening for the first time ever, as my mobile hotspot stopped working. Moto g phone with Android 11. Any idea how to fix this glitch?

We want to ensure your mobile hotspot is working at all times, Tutfix. When was the last time your mobile hotspot worked? What is your current plan? Have you powered the device off and back on to try again?
