Something I read elsewhere says the S21 was originally getting 3 Android updates (the phone came with Android 11 originally) and 4 years of security patches. Then, Samsung extended support for another year. However, the same article also says support for the S21 will end with the Android 15 release which is due in 2025, which I find is conflicting information. If you currently have Android 14, guessing there will be no more OS updates. Don't know what's going on with the security patch thing, but those only come out biannually.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
