The My Verizon app is no longer in English and I cannot get it changed back over ba Please in Spanish

How frustrating.  We can guide you to change the language from Spanish to English, or English to Spanish.  Log on to you MyVerizon, Click on Account then Edit profile and Settings.  Scroll down to Language Setting to make the change.

Let's make sure your My Verizon account is up-to-date. Please access it from your web browser. After that, please access the "Manage your account" section and make sure the correct language has been selected. ~Geo

I canโ€™t read or speak Spanish. Iโ€™ve tried feeling my way but canโ€™t find manage your account

We know how important it is to be able to access your phone/apps in your preferred language. The last thing we want is to create any confusion or language barrier. The settings for the My Verizon application should be tied to the default language set on your phone, so when you change the language on your device it should update the applications that you run on it. What kind of phone are you using?
