How lock your add on and other objects, is sim lock at your Verizon account. Because I am got a badly data breached and someone control my account of other suspicious of act.
I realized I not know add on is add up without I know. So I am wanna thank store of Verizon show me that add on been never use discovery but payment for it, I told em I am was turn off and by helping was back long ago. So I told em at Verizon store staff, I am so tired of whoever data breached my name and etc plus in my mind I say who did turn on add on of those list, and got fix. Because I was decide before ask staff help I was found way lock is sim lock , not yet see how processing go on. You know fraud and other objects name than fraud that can control your settings in smartphone too even add app or download even change any in account without owner of name account and phone even online. I decide lock a sim in Verizon account settings and seem OK so far. Hope it work to block any change account without my permission. I fix my account are done at December 1 2024 to change plan of data and add on, now seem OK system run. Hope nothing pop up control my account without I know. Beware other door don't let impersonation control your account too. I give Verizon 5 star to help me track that I not know of add on that I been payment for nothing which I never use tho discovery app and never login to active it. Even my settings not in Verizon but smartphone settings are Hope nothing changed without my permission. Look forward smooth processing my settings nothing touch by other person or hacker. Be safe Thank and if you had issues try use sim lock at your Verizon account in settings and turn on lock sim and it block the wrong key to be add on or change or access of reason by it.
Apologize I am very tired lot of done my smartphone and other that things made me missing something to protect it.
