New Device Activation

I purchase two new devices for two new added lines on my account. After over 2 hours and multiple chats....my devices still are not activated.  Of course the agent left the issue unresolved at 5 minutes before closing time. The devices don't even show in my account to try to activate on my own. Trying to find a resolution as I am paying for two devices I can't use.

Good morning MrNealski. I'm sorry you were having trouble activating a device. Where did you purchase them? Was this for wireless service or prepaid?-Joe
