New promo not showinh up on phone

I just signed up and was supposed to receive my S25 ultra for free and get 350 off my watch and get a $300 gift card. So far all I have seen is the reduction on my watch. Was there something else I was supposed to do?

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the issues with the account promotions were resolved. If others encounter similar problems with gift card promotions, common things that can occur are promo requirements not met within the first 45-60 days (redemption time frames can vary depending on the promotion) or submissions not completed at our rebate center. All Verizon customers can also check out the "Orders" section on the My Verizon app to see all promotions that can be redeemed.

Discounts and promotions aren't stackable. If the $300 gift card you're referring to is the Switcher Rebate for porting in from elsewhere, but you were signed up under a device deal to get a free phone and watch, then you won't get the Switcher Rebate. You should be receiving a monthly credit for 36 months which will add up to the cost of the phone and watch after 36 credits?
