Always have video calls with my mom who uses an S21 plus (one model year newer so can't imagine how I could get an update removing this feature and she continues to have it. Just used video call feature last week now its gone. The option to turn it on is no longer in the phone settings menu and only gives the option to video call via 3rd party app SMH
tylerjohncarroll, video calls are definitely a great way to keep in touch with family, and we're sorry to hear about the recent issues you're experiencing. Please tell us, what is the make and model of your phone? Has the phone been restarted, and is the device software up to date?
