No more 5g on Note 50 ultra.

Had my Note 20 Ultra for a little over 2 years.  5g UWB worked fine.  Now suddenly cannot get 5g in 5g area.  I believe it might be related to an update from December 10th.  Tried removing and re-inserting the sim.  Tried resetting the network settings.  Those did not work.  The Verizon app says I'm 'not on a preferred network'.   Tried to go to network settings and switch it to 5g but there is no option for that.  I've been reading apparently Verizon disabled this feature.  Please fix this Verizon.

Thanks for taking your time to reach out and share your experience you are having with your Note 20 Ultra. This phone is 5G and 5G high band (mmWave) supported.  This model when launched 8/21/2020 was not manufactured with 5G mid-band (C-band) frequencies.  Check out the specs from Samsung's website here:  https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/smartphones/galaxy-note20/specs/  Let us know if you have any questions about this or other Verizon products and services.  We do have many phones that are 5G UW both Mid-band and High-band available now at verizon.com.

I'm having the same issue, same phone. No matter where I go I no longer get 5G, at all. Same with my husband, not just my phone. Even in areas that I have always had 5G, I suddenly don't. So, why would we suddenly have this issue? Sounds like you're pulling an Apple and making the phones have issues so we'll upgrade. If that's the case, I no longer want to be a Verizon customer after over 20 loyal years. This is ridiculous, treat your customers better and fix the issue, don't give us the run around (the answer provided is completely unhelpful). We pay too much for this ridiculousness, not worth the price for what we get now. I heard mint mobile has better service and prices, for anyone having the same issues (we have also called Verizon and they could not help, the rep didn't know how to fix it and left it at that).
