My Galaxy S22 Ultra does not receive pics from one person. I can get txt and I used to get pics. How do I fix this problem and is it my phone or his?
It is discouraging when not receiving pics from of friends or family. You mentioned you can receive text which is great! When did this begin? Does your friend get an error message? Do you know the size of the pic file being sent? What messaging app are you using and have your tried another messaging app such as Messenger?
