Ordered a new S24 Ultra (Verizon) through Samsung Shop. Traded in my S23+ (sent to Samsung)...Credit not appearing in Verizon Bill.

Through the Samsung shop, I purchased an S24 Ultra.  During the checkout process, I was asked to log into my Verizon account.  I confirmed through my verizon account which phone i would be trading in.  This was my s23+ (paid off completely).  I received the s24 Ultra, and received instructions on how to send in my s23+.  I packaged and sent the s23+ to Samsung as instructed.    The phone was received by Samsung and approved for the full trade in value on 2/8.

My verizon account is still showing the s24ultra for 36 payments at full retail value (1299).  Just curious how long it takes to be applied? In the past, with other phones, the trade in credit was instant and them receiving the phone just confirmed it.

Congrats on the new Galaxy S24 Ultra, CGK86. I'm glad the purchase and the trade-in went without much issue, aside from the missing trade-in promotion at the moment. Since the trade-in was through Samsung, it can take 1-2 billing cycles before the promotion shows on your billing statement. If after 2 billing cycles it still does not appear, we can certainly take a look into this issue and help to get any qualifying promotions added for you.
