I placed an order on 11-23-24. I elected to use the Pro-on-the-go service for delivery. 5 minutes before my delivery window. I received a text and email that the order was cancelled. I called customer service and was informed I was not home( as I'm calling from my living room). The agent then proceeded to try and reorder the EXACT same phone.
I then decided to not add a line. I cancelled 3 additional lines I had with Verizon, because this entire ordeal has been nothing but frustrating . I tried again this morning to find out when this week old order would no longer show as pending. The new agent then proceeded to tell me 3 new orders were placed on my account. Since I clearly didn't order anything, I called customer service. After 20 minutes on the phone, the agent hadn't listened to a word I said and was looking at the wrong order. Then proceeded to tell me just to wait it will eventually change. This entire experience is an exercise in futility and will be reason I cancel all my lines.
