Galaxy S21 FE 5G, since last updates I can only use my pin once to access VM--after that it tells me my pin is not valid. On restart phone I can use it once .... I dial *86 for access.

When did the issue start? Aside from the software update, hat recent changes have you made? Who else is experiencing his dilemma? Aside from the VM, any other problems?

It started right after the upgrade. I have no idea if others are having issues--my frinds have Iphones. That is the only problem.

I have the same exact problem. VM won't accept my pin. On phone with customer support and they "reset" My pin twice and none of it works. Now I'm completely locked out of my vm

We're sorry about the issues you're having with your voicemail. The last thing we ever want is for you to miss out on any important messages and we'd love to help you. We recommend using our troubleshooting guide. Go to https://www.verizon.com/support/ and select "Troubleshoot" under your phone model. After that, you can use this option "Can't access Basic or Enhanced Voicemail". It'll walk you through ways to access your voicemail.
