Preorder on hold

I preordered the Samsung Ultra 24 on the 23rd of January and everything went well. Then I went on my account on the 29th to see the status of my new device and it said that the order was on hold. Keep in mind I did not receive a notification, email, or text regarding the matter. However I was given a limited time to act. So it said that I have a past due balance that needs to be paid but my bill is not due until middle to late February. This did not make sense as all my bills are paid on time with auto pay. They were trying to get me to make my later payment in advance. It says I have a past due balance but I do not have a past due balance. Customer service was confused as well since they saw all my payments are made on time, I do not have a past due balance, and they didn't help much as they were trying to get me to cancel my order but if I canceled then I would lose my perks/ credits from doing the preorder in the first place. This is my first time doing a preorder and the experience has been horrible thus far. I'm considering going to another phone company as this has been ridiculous I just want my new phone. They are just holding my phone possibly due to a stock issue or system issue. Whatever it is I hope it is resolved and I receive my order.
