Verizon said they did not receive my returned phone after my upgrade. I dropped it off the same I day I received the return packaging from Verizon. This is the same reason I left AT&T. So tired of these phone companies taking advantage of people. Looks like I'll be going to another company, unless Verizon resolves this. It's not my fault the workers that work at the receiving warehouse are incompetent.

I have an issue with a returned phone also along with I brought my own phone and on my bill it says I still haven’t paid off my device. And I can’t find my receipt where I returned the phone in question. I keep getting thrown from person to person with no help finding out what is going on. Very frustrated.

We certainly want to get to the bottom of what is going on with your return. How long ago did you return the device? Was the device returned to a store location or through the mail to our warehouse?

I returned it to the warehouse. I used the prepaid label that was delivered to me from Verizon in early December. I think it was the 10th of December

Why is Verizon not getting back to me? This is typical of these phone companies. I need to find out why Verizon says my returned phone was not received? I sent it back December 3rd. Now my 400$ credit was taken away. I'm about ready to go to another company.
