S23 Ultra esim APN Settings lost after reboot

I've installed an esim on my Verizon Galaxy S23 Ultra (unlocked) for travel.  I've found that the service works great after I manually enter the APN information, but after a reboot, the APNs are gone and I have to re-enter them for service to be restored to the esim connection.

In searching, it seems this may be directly tied to Verizon's S23 firmware and prior Galaxy versions as well since Samsung unlocked phones don't have the issue (as far as I know).

I'd like to get this issue in front of Verizon and Samsung so they can figure out what's going on.  This is incredibly frustrating as I have to enter 4 APNs and they just get blown away after the reboot.

Where have you been traveling and what APNs are you having this issue with? How often do you reboot the phone?
