S23 will not connect to both of my Signia hearing aids at the same time.

I have TruHearing hearing aids that are manufactured by Signia. I have tried every suggestion found in an attempt to get both hearing aids connected via bluetooth at the same time. I can only get one connected or the other. I have cleared the cache in network settings, I have tried the app from both TruHearing and Signia. I have used the Setting/Accessibility/Hearing Aids in the S23 and nothing works. I Unpair the hearing before trying each solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry you are having issues with your hearing aids. We would love to help. Is your device damaged? Can you connect other devices via Bluetooth?-Joe

I have this same issue. I'm on the latest release on my s23. Can't connect to both hearing aids
