S24 Ultra Intermittent MMS

My S24 Ultra has a horrible time sending MMS. Group texts and photo/video messages never go through. I have to send 3+ at the same time for the last one to go through. Then the rest spin continuously. Verizon is no help except they do something when I call and everything works and then a day or hours later...back to not working. Clearly they know something and are no help. Seems odd to have a $1,300 phone that won't work on their network.

Is this happening only while on Wi-Fi? Does your Mobile data function if you are out and about when this happens?
Also, are you using Google Messages, Samsung Messages, or another service? Google Messages can use Google RCS (Jibe Mobile), which I find can be flaky at times with sending attachments, but I do leave it enabled. The Google RCS feature is not really handled by Verizon outside of them supplying a data connection while you're not connected to Wi-Fi.

Oh, no! Dealing with service issues can be frustrating, especially if you are having a hard time sending MMS. Verizon is here to help.
When did the issue start? What recent changes have you made? Who else is experiencing this issue? Aside from the MMS, any other problems?

I have the same issue and have spent hours on phone with Samsung and Verizon. Resetting network services helps for a short period of time and then will stop working eventually. Is your phone unlocked or purchased through Verizon? My phone is unlocked. It has issued on wifi or 5g/4g network.
