I have had my new S24 ultra replaced. When?
Customer service outlets could not help me figure out why my s24 Ultra would not work properly. It did not work if I was out of my wi fi range. Replacing the sim card didn't help.
It happened again with the replacement, just recently after the upgrade happened. After two days of this problem with my replacement, it started working just like that! Next day, which was two days ago, my text is not working properly. I received notice that message + will go away and advised me to switch to Google messages. It isn't working well. I think it is inconvenient and annoying that each time I open the messages to text I must open and accept the app. These problems are having me rethinking about my service provider, who should I use instead of Verizon!
