I currently have four different samsung phones that are unable to download and install the samsung security update from January 2025. This seems to be a issue with all samsung verizon phones. I've been on the phone with verizon, customer care and samsung customer care. It took me going through five samsung reps before one finally told me that i'm going to have to wait until verizon comes out with the next security patch for samsung phones before it will fix the problem. I have tried using the computer software with my phone connected to it, i have tried clearing the cash. I have powered cycled my phone more times than I can remember. I have tried everything short of a full factory reset on all the phones. They are four different models of samsung phones. The only pain with this is I. Keep getting the alerts about the update. I wish verizon would just pull the update until it gets fixed and then relaunch it.
