Here is the message I get attempting to use my voicemail: "Voicemail. Something went wrong. We ran into a problem. Try again later. If there is still a problem, contact customer service." I have spoken with Verizon customer service for 45 minutes, and they tried their best, but said it was manufacturer installed software by Samsung and could not be fixed. When speaking with Samsung Customer Service, they initially said it was Verizon's software and service and that they should fix it, but I insisted they help, so that did, turning off the battery saving, essentially restarted the service by accessing my phone remotely, and other actions, but even after that, it is not working, with the exception of *86, which allows me to hear and control my voicemails. Being able to get notification that I have a voicemail on my phone is key, and I would like to be able to click on it and hear it, etc .... I have restarted the phone, cleared the caches, etc ..., and nothing has worked. Please help, as I am out of options, and the phone is still in great shape otherwise, but this is a big problem. I see the Voicemail app got under a 1.5 stars in the play store, and that seems a bit high ....
