Samsung Buds 3 Pro order never refunded

Hi, so I ordered the Samsung buds 3 pro on the Verizon website for pickup for a corporate store nearby on 9/29, the order was never processed and was cancelled automatically on 10/4. I called customer service on 10/12 to try to place the order again, and get the order shipped to my house instead of pick up. When I called them they said that I would need to contact sales and place the order again, and that the new order would be refunded once it's received, and that the orignal payment for $163.12 would stay (used a $100 gift card). I placed the new order for $279.47 over the phone, and received the earbuds . But the new payment was never refunded. I now have around $440 on my statement that needs to be paid. I used guest checkout for this order if this helps
