Samsung Flip 3 powers off. It can oly be powered on by plugging it in to power or USB por. Batter is fully charged.

My 2 year old Samsung Flip 3 suddenly began powering down without warning. I can only turn it on if I plug it in to AC or USB port. My batter power is always above 50%. Started after the recent update. Very frustrating that my phone only works if I am attached to an outlet or my car.

Hello, CHARLIEWRIGLEY2, it's defintiely important for your phone to stay powered on without being plugged in to a charger. Do you still need assistance with your phone? Has any troubleshooting been completed so far?
