I had a Samsung S20 UW that the 5G quit working on. I tried resetting it but the problem persisted. So I went to the verizion store in Conelesville Pa and they could not resolve the issue either and said I needed a new phone so I bought a New Samsung Galaxy S23 . The 5G worked fine the first day then it did a update and now the 5G has quit working on it. I paid 800 dollars for this phone because they told me I needed a new one and I am having the same issue. Please contact me ASAP to resolve this.
Hello, Mud7071, we definitely want you to be able to use 5G service on your new phone. What 5G signal were you seeing previously? Can you please provide additional detail as to what is happening with your connection now? Is this happening both indoors and out?
