I had a Samsung S20 UW that the 5G quit working on. I tried resetting it but the problem persisted. So I went to the verizion store in Conelesville Pa and they could not resolve the issue either and said I needed a new phone so I bought a New Samsung Galaxy S23 . The 5G worked fine the first day then it did a update and now the 5G has quit working on it. I paid 800 dollars for this phone because they told me I needed a new one and I am having the same issue. Please contact me ASAP to resolve this.
