Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE

I had recently bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G from Amazon and it works great.  The only problem is that it was advertised that it was unlocked, which it isn't.  I am going to be traveling abroad in a couple of months and I was wondering if there's a solution to this, as I have a Korean uSim for when I travel.

Hi there, jangheejoon! We want to make sure that you have all of the info that you need for trip. I know you mentioned that your tablet is not unlocked, but to clarify, is your tablet currently active on your Verizon account?

If you mean that by logging into the app on the device, that's what I've done.  But other than that, I haven't seen a way to link it otherwise.

Since the device was not purchased from us, we would not have a way to unlock it. I would recommend that you reach out to where you purchased the tablet for return options.

If the tablet was advertised as unlocked but you've discovered it isn't, I'd ask Amazon for a refund.  Because you aren't the original owner, there's no telling what the history of the device is.  It's possible the tablet is permanently locked for reasons I'm not allowed to discuss.  So even if you activate it on Verizon, it might not unlock after the 60 days.
