I've seen this topic before but I have not seen a fix. I am on my third S23 ultra in just over a year for the same reason. My phone is sporatic in calling and texting. Sometimes it will recieve call and texts and sometimes it won't. Verizon was so poor in trying to help me out, they would not recognize the warranty so I had to pay the $100 deductbile to get another phone. The "New" S23 worked ok for a couple months, but now it's back being sporatic. This is bad enough that I have calls forwarded to my work cell. Crazy part is that my work cell is an S23 and will work in the same areas where my personal won't. I would understand if the service was poor where I was that the phone would not send or receive, but I can have 5G or i bar of signal and the phone will act the same. It's frustrating to be paying for a phone that doesn't do it's intended job every time I need it to. Is there any help at all?
We've tried three new phones, multiple sim cards, and digital sim cards with no luck.

Maybe your personal account needs to be reprovisioned. If your work phone which is the exact same model phone is running OK in the same location, it's not a network issue. Highly doubtful it's your phone(s) at this point and that's really unfortunate that you've had to replace your personal phone 3 times already. In any case, this is an issue for tech support.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

We had tech support look at the issue once already. They assured me that everything on their end was correct and running as intended. The local store associates know me well as I have spent numerous hours there on the phone with all Verizon support. Although my wife is still using her S21 Ultra, her phone hasn't skipped a beat. It's finally showing signs of it's age, but I'd use it before I had a company phone.
