Verizon refuses to honor the free Samsung 75" tv offer. I received the email for the offer but the TV is out of stock and not available in my area. After speaking with a dozen employees and a couple of supervisors, they decided unless I want to purchase a tv and get refunded for their cost then there's nothing they can do. I didn't even need the phone. The only reason I went with the deal was for the TV. This has went on for 2 weeks. I can't trust you to do right on your part, I'm definitely not trusting you to refund me for something I shouldn't even be paying for to begin with. Terrible experience and ASAP I'll be switching carriers.
