Verizon refuses to honor the free Samsung 75" tv offer. I received the email for the offer but the TV is out of stock and not available in my area. After speaking with a dozen employees and a couple of supervisors, they decided unless I want to purchase a tv and get refunded for their cost then there's nothing they can do. I didn't even need the phone. The only reason I went with the deal was for the TV. This has went on for 2 weeks. I can't trust you to do right on your part, I'm definitely not trusting you to refund me for something I shouldn't even be paying for to begin with. Terrible experience and ASAP I'll be switching carriers.

7 weeks now , and so many calls and almost 30 hours of calls . Routed to foreign help desks that accomplish absolutely nothing. Lies , promised callbacks that never happen . Different answers to the same problem from person to person . Actually having someone tell me my order was canceled and they couldn't help . I added an extra line as an extra cost to me to enjoy these free perks ,been billed for it without receiving any of the benefits I am entitled . I asked numerous questions before committing and to re-explain again and again in detail ,spend hours on hold , to have zero results after 7 weeks.... really ? I spend thousands of dollars on my service, buy thousands of dollars on phones, accessories, insurances , loyalty seems to be non existent.
