I went to get 2 new phones they were out at moment I paid they shipped to my house i brought to store to set up and they want to charge me $ 80 to set up because they were out that's not my problem so because they came to my house i have to pay for set up that's just wrong

There are fees for device activation and also for data transfers if you have Verizon employees do these things, and they would have been charged even if you went to a store. If someone made a house call to get you set up, I'd have to think that would be an additional cost. While it would be nice if we didn't have to pay for such things, it's an industry practice.
