I am not receiving verification code texts for 2-factor authentication. I have a samsung s24 that I recently got and it just stopped working for short messages. The other forum about this did not solve my issue and I am unable to write on that thread.

We understand how important it is to receive all of your text messages, espcially ones that are tied to authentication. We certainly want to help get to the bottom of your issue. Are the 2-factor authenication messages from one specific company/number or are they from multiple different places? Can you confirm for us what messaging application you are currently using on your S24? Have you tried any alternate messaging application on the device so far?
