Sim card

I had service with Verizon before like over a year ago. My question is can I use my SIM card I have in my phone or do I need a new one. I have been trying to get service and the way Verizon has this set up can't get anywhere if you don't have an existing acct.

If your number is still the same as when you last were a Verizon customer and you want the same service plan which you used to have back, then your old Verizon SIM ought to work.  But if something's changed or if you used to not be in a 5G UW service area but now there is 5G UW (and you're eligible to use it), the old SIM may cause problems with upgraded service because it'll be "stuck in the past".
