Hi, We need some help.
We have block some phone numbers on my daughter's phone and she is still able to make and receive calls from those numbers. I have an IPhone 7 and she has a 12. I have deleted and reinstalled the parent app. the companion app says it's paired.
Seems to be happening since the upgrade.

Hi, yes the correct phone numbers are in the blocked contracts under manage contacts. We have blocked a lot of the social media sites as well.

We appreciate the additional details. If you go to the call log of the phone, does it show the exact number that you have under the blocked numbers on the app?
