I became a Verizon customer in July of this year. Ever since I had my Samsung S24 Ultra my hold calls have been dropped. I can not keep anyone on hold. Yes I called twice and even went into the store. Unfortunately Verizon disables the supplementary services option on this phone so there is no way for me to determine if the issue is device or network related. It's SUPER frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing this. Does anyone have an answer?
