Hi BabyJ509. Thanks for reaching out about transferring your contacts from old device to new. If you are like most of us, we don't write down numbers and rely on our phone to be our memory! The SIM card will provide data connection to back up the information. A backup can also be done on Wi-Fi. Do you have Wi-Fi available? What is the old phone and the new phone models we are working with?
