Recently noticed talk to text microphone has disappeared. Have tried selecting both Google Voice Typing and Samsung Voice Input and neither is working.

Since you've already tried enabling Google Voice Typing and Samsung Voice Input and that didn't work, something else I found on the internet is if a 3rd party app is using the microphone, then your texting app can't. The solution is to go through your apps and disable microphone access on a few apps at a time until you notice the microphone comes back on your texting app to figure out which other app is causing the problem.
