My s24 ultra , every time I get a new text message from an unknown number my notifications are defaulted to silent, this will also happen with contacts .anyone else know why or if there is a fix?

Do you have some kind of focus mode or routine enabled on your phone?

I'm sorry to hear that you're still having issues getting these notifications on your phone.
The default spam detection for a S24 is found within the Messages and the Phone app. You could try disabling this spam detection to see if your alerts return to normal.
Another great option is to simply Reset All Settings. Open the Settings app on your phone. Then go to General management > Reset > Reset all Settings. This will not delete any personal data, but it will reset any changes you've made to your settings back to default, including the notification settings.
