I also have not received my credit from the promotional credit offer on 2 phones. I have called (3 times )and they are still saying the phones are not in the ware house. went to Verizon (2 times) they keep staying they sent the phone in. I am having trouble with the Verizon store getting me the tracking number. I would like to know what they have done with the phones. This has been going on since oct 2024.
