I have an ultimate unlimited plan that supposedly gives me service abroad in 210 countries, but I only have talk/text and no data. I have done everything I can think on my phone (toggle airplane mode off/on, toggle mobile data off/on, search and swith to local networks, restart phone, turn wifi off/on, turn data roaming off/on. Nothing has solved the problem. It is critical that I have data access. Please help.
