Have an GS21 5G FE-when I shop for an international plan option when not signed in this device shows up but when I sign in to add either the daily plan or pay as you go, I get a message saying the device doesn't work outside the US?

That's strange. I think this is a discontinued phone and therefore no longer supported, but maybe you're getting that message because the specs I saw on the website don't seem to have many different bands covered for LTE or 5G, so there's a concern that if you go to a GSM-based network outside the US (Verizon is the one network which doesn't use GSM), then compatibility issues could arise.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
