Just like my last phone Galaxy S21+, there are certain 800, 877, 866 numbers that, when dialed (only on my phone, they work on every other phone) que the 'Welcome to Verizon Wireless. We are unable to complete your call. To speak to a cust serv repre,hang up and dial *611. Announcement 3'
