Unable to send MMS to non-Verizon carrier Customers

I have recently started having problems sending MMS (pictures) to non-Verizon customers. I have Samsung S22 Ultra and I've been using it for more than 1 year without a problem. I send MMS to Verizon Customers and the MMS (picture) is received. For the non-Verizon customers, if I send a picture and text, they will receive the text but not the picture attached. I been going back and forth with Verizon and have several cases opened without a resolution. Today, I spoke to one of the techs, he was more concerned in selling a protection package than looking at the status of all the open cases. What took the cake, at which i just had to hang up, he suggested to go to U Fix It and it wouldn't cost me anything if I purchased the plan. I have tried several suggestions which I have read on the forums to include going into the Block Picture and Messaging Services turning on/off the picture messages. Any Help or Suggestions would be most appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us on this platform with your messaging issues. To better assist, please tell us a little more. What is the messaging app you are using? Is your device software up to date? Does it happen with all Verizon customers or with certain numbers only?
